Get back the item you lost in Venice Municipality or on ACTV means thanks to our platform

For objects found in ACTV vehicles, from the ACTV warehouse within 30 working days of placing the object on the platform;

(Mainland: ACTV warehouse via Martiri della Libertà, 396 Mestre)

For objects found by other subjects, from municipal warehouses after 5 working days from the insertion of the object on the platform;

(Mainland: central municipal warehouse in via Giustizia, 23 Mestre)

(from Monday to Friday – hours 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

(by appointment);

(Historical center and Ca' Farsetti warehouse islands, S.Marco 4136 Venice)

(from Monday to Friday – hours 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

Shipments purchased on Friday or before a national holiday will be processed on Monday or on the first following working day.

Delivery is generally in 2 working days from the pick-up date.

After the pick-up, the passenger can customize the delivery via DHL ODD service (On Demand Delivery). Address can be amended for fee only if requested via ODD immediately after the pick-up; if requested late, an address correction fee will be charged.
